President Joe Biden would have Americans believe that he is a blue-collar worker at heart. If his latest tax returns are any indication, that image is far from the truth. According to Fox Business, Joe and Jill Biden reported an adjusted gross income of $607,336 in 2020. They were taxed at a 25.9 percent federal income tax rate, and they paid a total of $157,414 in federal income tax. This represented a decline in income compared to 2019, a year in which the family reported about $985,000 in adjusted gross income. Before that, the Bidens were making even more money in the years immediately following their time in the White House. “Biden and his wife earned about $15 million in the two years after they left the White House following Biden’s term as vice president,” Fox Business reported. “The Bidens’ total income was $11 million in 2017 and about $4.6 million in 2018.” There is no issue with Biden and his wife making a lot of money in America. If they are successful in their endeavors, then they should be able to enjoy that success. However, the problem is that Biden has continually lied about his class in the United States.
