Accused killer released on bail now believed to be on the run
Toronto Police have issued a warrant for a missing woman who faces a second-degree murder charge. Fantasia Hoo-Hing is sought for breaching her bail conditions. On Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019, the Toronto woman, then 32, was one of three arrested and charged with second-degree murder. The original call was on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019, at 11:05 p.m., when police were called to a medical complaint in an apartment at 41 Antrim Cr. — near Kennedy Rd. and Hwy. 401. — where a man was found with serious injuries and pronounced dead at the scene.
