Don’t expect a lot of on-the-ground enforcement of the province’s new stay-at-home order. Just hours after Ontario Premier Doug Ford accused Toronto Mayor John Tory on Wednesday of being irresponsible for publicly sharing his city’s confusion over the province’s new COVID-19 orders, municipal Emergency Management Head Matthew Pegg said that enforcement of these new measures won’t begin until officials get some much-needed clarity from Queen’s Park.
