The most obvious aspect of Monday’s federal fiscal update is that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau clearly doesn’t understand economics any better than when he was a precocious, trust-fund baby in sophomore poli sci at McGill. He seems, truly, to believe money is created through some magical process it is unnecessary to understand or respect.
