Bush adviser Rove comes as the Trump campaign and its supporters have filed state and federal lawsuits, seeking to have ballots and entire county elections declared invalid, but have yet to provide evidence of widespread voter or election fraud. As MarketWatch reports, Trump and his backers have not won any rulings.
