Man accused of murdering senior

A 40-year-old man faces a murder charge in the killing of a west-end senior last week. Toronto Police officers conducting a welfare check on Aug. 11 at the Terra Bella housing complex in the Shaw-King Sts area found the body of 75-year-old Teresa Santos.
