In Richmond Hill, a woman who was previously charged with the murder of a cyclist while driving impaired was charged again while driving under in the influence, according to CP24. On Sunday, police received numerous call about an erratic driver on Highway 400 near King Road. After the police pulled her over, they allege they found her to be impaired by two times the legal alcohol limit. Darya Sleinevich, 27, a former York University law student had already been sentenced to seven years in jail in 2017 after she pled guilty to a series of charges, one of which was impaired driving causing death because she had stuck a 44-year-old cyclist in 2015.
