There are those who remain adamant that COVID-19 is nothing worse than a bad run of the flu. But what flu, I wonder? The Spanish flu started off in January 1918 and within months killed the elderly and those with pre-existing conditions. Kind of like right now. Then it died down during the summer, which some experts are saying could happen in our situation. But then it mutated and came back with a vengeance, killing large numbers of younger people in their prime. Some flu.
