Oh brother. The CBC has filed a trademark claim for “Oh” and “Radio-Canada Oh-dio” with the Department of Industry’s intellectual property office, according to Blacklock’s Reporter. The broadcaster did not comment about the bid for the new trademark, filed Jan. 13.
