Watch out for wind chills, freezing temperatures, and falling iguanas. This was the actual forecast for residents in south Florida Tuesday. The National Weather Service Miami-South Florida tweeted out a message on Tuesday telling people to watch out for the falling lizards as the cold temperatures cause them to stiffen and fall from trees. “This isn’t something we usually forecast, but don’t be surprised if you see Iguanas falling from the trees tonight as lows drop into the 30s and 40s. Brrrr!” the weather service posted on Twitter. This isn’t a new phenomenon for many Florida residents. The green reptiles fell from the trees during another cold snap in early January 2018
